At Haq, we want you to love every purchase you make for your little ones. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. To start a return or refund you must fill in the contact form or email us with your order number at haqclothing@hotmail.com

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds.Approved returns will be issued as store credit for the full value of the returned item(s).

Store Credit

• Store credit is issued once your return has been received and inspected.
• Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Store credit can be used towards any future online purchase.
• Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Unworn and unwashed
• Original tags attached
• In their original condition

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Clearance items

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
